FOUNDATION AND EARLY DEVELOPMENT

In 1995, Pan Trading JSC originated as the Equipment Business Division of Pan Pacific Corp. (now The PAN Group), starting with five employees and focusing on supplying industrial cleaning equipment nationwide. This period laid the foundation for long-term development in industrial equipment and cleaning solutions.

In 2008, Pan Trading Joint Stock Company – Pan Trading JSC was officially established with seven employees and became a member of The PAN Group. With the mission of providing professional environmental cleaning solutions through advanced technology, skilled personnel, and dedicated service, Pan Trading JSC aims to optimize investment efficiency and create sustainable economic value for its clients.

STRATEGIC DIRECTION

With the vision of becoming a leading provider in industrial cleaning solutions in Vietnam, Pan Trading JSC strengthened its market position by signing a Strategic Partnership Agreement as the exclusive commercial representative of Nilfisk – a global leader in industrial cleaning equipment with over 100 years of history and presence in more than 150 countries worldwide.

PARTNERSHIP EXPANSION

In 2009, to accelerate market development and maximize business potential, Pan Trading JSC entered into a strategic partnership with Ecolab (USA) – a global leader in industrial cleaning and laundry chemicals.

Ecolab operates in more than 170 countries, serving over one million customers with annual revenues exceeding USD 15 billion. Its solutions focus on health protection, sanitation, and production optimization, meeting rigorous international standards.

INDUSTRIAL FLOORING SOLUTIONS

During 2011–2012, Pan Trading JSC became the exclusive partner of Klindex (Italy), providing equipment and technology for industrial floor treatment, polishing, and maintenance. This partnership expanded the company’s product portfolio and strengthened its capability to deliver advanced floor care solutions in Vietnam.

This period also marked significant growth as Pan Trading JSC became an official supplier to major corporations such as Nestlé, Sanofi, Intel, and Vinamilk, as well as premium hotel and resort brands including Sheraton, IHG, Marriott, and Sun Group.

INDUSTRIAL LAUNDRY SOLUTIONS

In 2013, recognizing the strong growth potential of the industrial laundry market, Pan Trading JSC expanded its business ecosystem to provide comprehensive laundry solutions for hotels, premium resorts, and healthcare facilities.

The company signed an exclusive partnership agreement with Fagor Laundry (Spain), one of Europe’s leading industrial laundry equipment brands under Onnera Group. At the same time, Pan Trading JSC became the exclusive distributor of Laco (Belgium), a globally recognized industrial ironing equipment brand.

URBAN AND HEAVY INDUSTRIAL CLEANING SOLUTIONS

In 2014, Pan Trading JSC continued its strong growth in market share, revenue, and brand credibility. The company expanded into urban environmental sanitation and heavy industry sectors.

Solutions were implemented across mining, steel production, cement plants, seaports, industrial zones, and aviation industries. Pan Trading JSC signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Dulevo (Italy) and executed numerous large-scale projects nationwide.

OFFICE & WAREHOUSE INVESTMENT AND NATIONWIDE NETWORK EXPANSION

During 2015–2020, Pan Trading JSC expanded its nationwide operations to enhance service efficiency and responsiveness. The headquarters was established in Sala Urban Area (Ho Chi Minh City), alongside representative offices, sales and technical engineering teams, and warehouses in Hanoi, Da Nang, Nha Trang, and Phu Quoc.

The company not only increased its workforce but also strengthened service quality to ensure timely and comprehensive customer support.

• 2015: Became the exclusive partner of IPSO – Alliance (USA), a global leader in industrial laundry solutions.
• 2018: Signed a strategic partnership with Lavatec (Germany), providing automated laundry systems and reinforcing its position in Vietnam’s industrial laundry sector.

TRANSFORMATION AND AUTOMATION ERA

From 2020 onward, Pan Trading JSC entered a phase of strategic transformation, expanding its industrial solution ecosystem and continuously enhancing service quality.

In response to the growing trend of industrial automation and smart logistics, the company made a strategic investment in Robotics & Automation, supporting smart factories and automated warehousing systems.

Pan Trading JSC became the exclusive distributor of Autoxing, Jaten, and Siasun, delivering robotics and automation solutions tailored to diverse operational needs. This marked a significant transition from traditional equipment supply to high-technology solutions, enabling clients to improve productivity, optimize costs, and enhance workplace safety.

This direction reinforces Pan Trading JSC’s long-term commitment to sustainable operations and industrial advancement.
