PAN Trading JSC Successfully Completes AMR Deployment for Swarovski Vietnam

PAN Trading JSC has successfully delivered and commissioned three Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) at Swarovski Vietnam's manufacturing facility located in Amata Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province. The project represents another milestone in supporting manufacturers across Vietnam with intelligent automation solutions that improve productivity, optimize internal logistics, and accelerate Smart Factory development.

The newly deployed transportation robots help streamline internal material flow, reduce dependence on manual handling, and improve the overall efficiency, consistency, and safety of manufacturing operations.

Intelligent Material Handling Solution

The AMRs supplied by PAN Trading JSC feature a payload capacity of up to 300 kg and are equipped with adjustable cargo trays, allowing them to transport a wide variety of materials throughout the production facility.

Each robot integrates advanced technologies designed for reliable industrial operation:

• LiDAR Intelligent Navigation: High-precision LiDAR sensors create real-time maps, enable accurate localization, perform dynamic obstacle avoidance, and ensure safe autonomous navigation.
• Flexible Multi-Task Transportation: The robots can operate efficiently in complex industrial environments while continuously optimizing routes based on real-time environmental conditions.
• IoT-Based Remote Monitoring: Integrated IoT connectivity enables real-time monitoring, remote diagnostics, and instant notifications to smartphones or smart devices whenever abnormal conditions occur.
• Intelligent Safety Alarm System: Programmable audible warning systems provide multiple alert levels, improving workplace safety for both personnel and equipment.
