Recently, the “Conference on the Review of the 2025–2026 Academic Year and the Implementation of Early Childhood Education Tasks for the 2026–2027 Academic Year” took place at the Binh Duong Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC) in a formal, vibrant, and inspiring atmosphere.
As a partner at the event, PAN Robotics showcased autonomous robot solutions designed for practical applications in service environments – from reception and guest interaction to cleaning and internal delivery.
The presence of the robots throughout the busy conference space created an engaging technology highlight, attracting the attention of delegates, attendees, and especially young children.
Reception Robot – A Friendly Touchpoint for Technology
Positioned in the conference area, the PAN Robotics Reception Robot introduced a fresh approach to welcoming guests, with the ability to communicate, interact, and provide information.
Beyond attracting the attention of attendees, the robot quickly became a focal point for conversations, smiles, and memorable photo moments with the children.
It was a beautiful sight at the event: technology was no longer distant or rigid, but became approachable through natural and engaging experiences.
Cleaning Robot – Making Cleaning Smarter and More Discreet
A conference with hundreds of attendees means that halls, corridors, and walkways are constantly busy. Footprints, dust, and small stains can appear at any time, especially in high-traffic areas.
In such an environment, having cleaning staff repeatedly move through the crowd with long-handled brooms or cleaning tools may not be the most appropriate image for a formal conference setting.
Instead, PAN Robotics RSS1 quietly moves across the floor, carrying out cleaning tasks in a neat and autonomous manner.
A compact and friendly-looking robot moving through the conference space not only creates a modern impression, but also demonstrates another approach: cleaning can be maintained while minimizing disruption to the people using the space.
This is one of the practical values of cleaning robots in service environments – helping maintain a clean space while preserving the polished and professional appearance of the venue.
Delivery Robot – An Assistant for Internal Delivery Tasks
Alongside the reception and cleaning robots, the PAN Robotics Delivery Robot was introduced to support internal delivery tasks within the event space.
From documents and brochures to drinking water and other items needed for the program, the robot can handle simple deliveries between different areas.
These may seem like small tasks, but they are repeated throughout an event – collecting documents, delivering water, or moving items from one area to another.
With robots assisting with these repetitive trips, staff can spend more time on tasks that require greater initiative, coordination, and direct interaction with attendees.
A simple, everyday example, but also one of the clearest ways to see the practical value of automation.
Technology, Closer to Everyday Life

The presence of PAN Robotics at the Early Childhood Education Conference 2026–2027 not only added a technology highlight to the event, but also gave attendees an opportunity to see firsthand how robots can interact and work in a human-centered environment.
