On September 12, 2025, Gia Dinh People's Hospital officially launched a pilot reception robot to welcome and guide patients at the main entrance. Developed and deployed by Pan Robotics, the solution enhances patient experience, reduces the workload at the reception desk, and marks another milestone in the hospital's digital transformation journey.

Reception Robot Assisting Patients from the First Point of Contact

Designed specifically for hospital environments, the reception robot supports patients with multiple tasks from the moment they arrive.
