Hikrobot CTU TP5-50DCH is an AMR bin handling and lifting robot from the TP5 Multi-Cargo Series. It is developed to automate the picking, storage and internal transfer of multiple bins within a single operation.
The robot features a high-lift CTU mast structure, allowing it to access storage positions from 300 to 6,000 mm. It is suitable for multi-level racking, high-density storage and applications that require maximum utilization of vertical warehouse space.
The TP5-50DCH has a rated payload of 300 kg and an end-effector payload of 50 kg. It supports a clamping mechanism combined with single- or double-depth picking, providing flexibility for different rack layouts and inbound and outbound requirements.
The robot can handle standard bins measuring 600 × 400 × 300 mm and supports customization according to specific requirements. It is suitable for e-commerce warehouses, pharmaceutical warehouses, component storage, electronics, automotive, photovoltaic applications and smart manufacturing facilities.
