Hikrobot CTU TP5-50DCW and TP5-50DCW(T) are part of the TP5 Multi-Cargo Series, developed to automate the picking, lifting, storage, and transportation of bins in smart warehouse systems.
The robots feature a vertical CTU lifting structure combined with a clamping mechanism and a single-depth picking mechanism, enabling automated access to storage locations across multiple rack levels. The DCW series is specifically designed to handle large-size bins up to 800 × 600 × 300 mm.
The TP5-50DCW supports a picking height from 300 to 6,000 mm, while the TP5-50DCW(T) can access storage locations from 400 to 10,240 mm. Both models provide a rated payload of 300 kg and an end-effector payload of 50 kg.
With flexible navigation, high positioning accuracy, and multi-layer safety features, the TP5-50DCW / TP5-50DCW(T) is suitable for e-commerce warehouses, pharmaceutical warehouses, component storage, electronics, automotive, photovoltaic applications, and smart manufacturing facilities.
