Hikrobot FMR F5-1600 (3m) belongs to the
Reach Truck Series, specifically developed
for transporting, lifting and storing pallets in warehouses,
factories and automated logistics systems.
The robot has a rated payload of 1600 kg,
a maximum fork lifting height of 3000 mm and a load center
of 600 mm. The modular Reach Truck design is suitable
for pallets with limited fork access space, such as
block pallets and standard European pallets.
Hikrobot FMR F5-1600 (3m) is suitable for various industries such as lithium battery,
beverage, home appliance, display manufacturing and industrial logistics.
The robot can be deployed in smart warehouses, automated factories,
production areas, raw material warehouses and finished goods warehouses.
The product supports 3D navigation, L-SLAM and vision-based positioning,
combined with laser and 360° sensors to detect the environment,
obstacles and pallet positions. The system enables the robot to operate
stably in high-density storage areas and aisles with limited space.
In addition to the standard configuration, the robot supports
customization of fork dimensions, pallet status recognition,
pallet constraint recognition and connection with various equipment
such as automatic doors, conveyors or other AMR systems.
FMR Reach Truck Series
The Reach Truck Series uses an autonomous robot design developed by Hikrobot,
with the capability to transport loads with a payload of up to
1.6 tons.
The Reach Truck module is suitable for indoor pallet transportation,
especially for carriers with limited fork access space,
such as block pallets and Euro pallets.
This product series offers high scalability and supports customization
for non-standard carriers, including adjustment of fork spacing,
clamping mechanisms and additional technological equipment.
The robot can connect with warehouse management systems,
conveyors, automatic doors, lifting equipment and other AMRs,
forming an integrated internal logistics solution.
