With a rated towing capacity of up to 2000 kg, the robot supports automatic cart coupling and uncoupling. By towing multiple carts in a single trip, the F7-2000A helps reduce transportation cycles, optimize labor resources, and improve material delivery efficiency for production lines.

The robot is suitable for material transportation in automotive final assembly plants, automotive component manufacturing, home appliance production, and various other industrial applications.

The robot uses a two-wheel differential drive system, supporting forward, reverse, arc movement, and rotation in place. L-SLAM/V-SLAM navigation enables flexible deployment without relying entirely on fixed floor guidance.

The Hikrobot FMR F7-2000A is equipped with obstacle avoidance laser, an anti-collision strip, emergency stop buttons, and sound and light warnings, helping ensure safe operation in areas shared by people and industrial vehicles.

FMR Tow Tractor Series

The F7-2000 Tow Tractor Series can tow loads of up to 2 tons and supports automatic connection and disconnection with carts. The robot can tow multiple carts in a single trip, meeting the requirements of high-frequency material transportation.

The solution is suitable for scheduled material delivery, component supply to individual production processes, empty cart collection, and continuous internal transportation within factories.

Specialized Rack Transportation
