Quang Ngai Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital has officially introduced a smart reception robot to assist patients with reception, information services, and wayfinding at the hospital entrance. The solution was provided and deployed by Pan Robotics (Pan Trading JSC), marking another milestone in the application of robotics in Vietnam's public healthcare sector.

The robot helps reduce the workload of reception staff while providing a more convenient and friendly experience for patients, especially children and their families.

The robot is capable of:

• Greeting visitors with natural voice interaction.
• Guiding patients to clinics and hospital departments.
• Providing information about medical procedures, schedules, and facility locations.
• Autonomously navigating the hospital and avoiding obstacles safely.

The solution improves service efficiency while reducing congestion at reception areas during peak hours.
