The KMR iisy-2 C+ is a mobile robot with an integrated cobot, consisting of a mobile platform and the LBR iisy robot. The system is designed for transporting workpieces and devices to their place of use, while the robot can independently pick up and set down the transported objects.

While the mobile platform is moving, the robot remains in a defined parking position. Once the system reaches the required working area, the robot can independently pick up and set down transported objects.
The KMR iisy-2 C+ is designed for both autonomous and manual operation via the hand-held control unit. The mobile platform can move in the longitudinal direction, travel through curves and rotate about its own center axis.
Compact Design and Precise Navigation
The differential drive and compact dimensions allow for precise navigation, even in confined spaces. The machine is electrically driven and designed for flexible transport operations within the working area.
Environmental Monitoring with Integrated Laser Scanners
During motion, the environment around the mobile platform is monitored by integrated laser scanners. This enables the system to monitor its operating area while moving.
Independent Power Supply
The KMR iisy-2 C+ operates without an external energy supply system. The mobile platform and the robot are independently supplied with power by the drive battery, supporting flexible operation within the working environment.
Operating Conditions
The mobile platform is designed for operation on firm, level floors that do not exceed the maximum permissible degree of inclination. The system provides a maximum operating time of 8 hours and a maximum speed of 1.5 m/s.
