KUKA KMP 3000P-E-2.2-D omniMove – 3,000 kg AMR Platform
KUKA KMP 3000P-E-2.2-D omniMove is an autonomous mobile robot platform designed for transporting and positioning high payloads. The KMP 3000P can transport loads of up to 3,000 kg and is suitable for transport applications in production and internal logistics.
Up to 3,000 kg Rated Payload
The KMP 3000P-E-2.2-D has a rated payload of 3,000 kg. With dimensions of 2,200 × 1,200 × 370 mm, the platform is designed for applications requiring the transport and positioning of high payloads.
Omnidirectional Mobility with omniMove
The KMP 3000P-E-2.2-D belongs to the KMP 3000P omniMove platform family and is designed for omnidirectional mobility. The robot has a maximum speed of 1.2 m/s.
100 mm Lift Height
The platform provides a 100 mm lift height, supporting applications that require loads to be lifted and positioned during automated transport processes.
Positioning Accuracy
The KMP 3000P-E-2.2-D has a positioning accuracy of 10 mm, supporting positioning requirements in automated transport and load handling processes.
Operating Time and Battery
The robot provides a maximum operating time of up to 8 hours and uses a Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery.
Operating Conditions
The KMP 3000P-E-2.2-D has an IP54 protection rating according to IEC 60529. It is designed to operate at ambient temperatures from 0 °C to 45 °C and air humidity from 10 % to 90 %. The specified storage and transport temperature range is -20 °C to 50 °C.
