KUKA KMP 3000P-EU-2-D-M omniMove – 3,000 kg AMR Platform
KUKA KMP 3000P-EU-2-D-M omniMove is an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) platform designed for heavy-load transport in production and internal logistics environments. With a rated payload of up to 3,000 kg, the platform is designed for intralogistics applications involving large loads.
Up to 3,000 kg Rated Payload
The KMP 3000P-EU-2-D-M has a rated payload of 3,000 kg and a robot weight of 800 kg. With dimensions of 2,200 × 1,200 × 370 mm, the platform is designed for applications requiring the automated transport of heavy loads.
Omnidirectional Mobility with omniMove
The KMP 3000P-EU-2-D-M belongs to the KMP 3000P omniMove platform family and is designed for omnidirectional mobility. The robot has a maximum speed of 1.2 m/s for automated transport in production and internal logistics environments.
Integrated Lifting Capability
The platform provides a 100 mm lift height, supporting applications that require loads to be lifted and transported as part of an automated material handling process.
Positioning and Operation
The KMP 3000P-EU-2-D-M has a positioning accuracy of 10 mm. It provides up to 8 hours of maximum operating time and uses a Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery.
Designed for Production Environments
The robot has an IP54 protection rating according to IEC 60529. It can operate at ambient temperatures from 0 °C to 45 °C with air humidity from 10 % to 90 %. The specified storage and transport temperature range is -20 °C to 50 °C.
