The Hikrobot CMR CHA-300L-A belongs to the Lifting Series, an Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) built on a lifting platform that can be integrated with multiple end-effectors including cantilever shafts, push mechanisms, tension mechanisms, and sliding assemblies to automate complex material handling tasks in industrial environments.
The robot can dock with production equipment, machines, and tooling at various heights, depths, and configurations to automate material pickup, transportation, and delivery. It is an ideal solution for smart factories requiring direct integration between AMRs and manufacturing equipment.
The Hikrobot CHA-300L-A features a rated payload of 300 kg, a 3-inch cantilever shaft, and a pickup height range of 560–1490 mm. It supports both 2D Barcode and L-SLAM navigation while providing omnidirectional movement and 360° on-the-spot rotation.
With customizable cantilever shafts, adjustable docking heights, ±2 mm docking accuracy, and a comprehensive multi-layer safety system, the CHA-300L-A is well suited for automated machine docking, material roll transportation, and internal logistics between production processes.
