The Hikrobot CMR CHA-600L-A belongs to the Lifting Series, an industrial Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) built on a lifting platform that can be integrated with various end-effectors such as rollers, cantilever shafts, grippers, and other customized modules to handle complex material transportation tasks in smart factories.
The robot can dock with machines, equipment, and tooling at different heights, depths, and configurations, automating material pickup, lifting, transportation, and delivery between production processes.
With a rated payload of 600 kg, the Hikrobot CHA-600L-A is equipped with a 6-inch cantilever shaft and supports pickup heights from 750 mm to 1650 mm. The robot uses both 2D Barcode and L-SLAM navigation while providing omnidirectional movement and 360° on-the-spot rotation.
Featuring ±2 mm docking accuracy, a comprehensive multi-layer safety system, and flexible integration with production equipment, the CHA-600L-A is ideal for transporting material rolls, automated material feeding, machine docking, and internal logistics throughout industrial production lines.

Buffer Rack Docking
