The Hikrobot CMR CHA-800L-A belongs to the Lifting Series, an industrial Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) developed on a lifting platform that can be integrated with multiple end-effectors such as rollers, cantilever shafts, grippers, and other customized modules to meet complex material handling requirements in smart factories.
The robot is capable of docking with machines, equipment, and tooling at different heights, depths, and configurations, automating the pickup, lifting, transportation, and delivery of materials throughout the manufacturing process.
The Hikrobot CHA-800L-A features a rated payload of 800 kg, equipped with a 6-inch cantilever shaft and a pickup height ranging from 760 mm to 1410 mm. It supports both 2D Barcode and L-SLAM navigation while offering omnidirectional movement and 360° on-the-spot rotation.
With ±2 mm docking accuracy, a comprehensive multi-layer safety protection system, and flexible integration with production equipment, the CHA-800L-A is ideal for transporting heavy material rolls, automated material feeding, machine docking, and internal logistics in industrial production lines.
