The SMT Series is engineered to accommodate various production line heights, carrier sizes, and docking accuracy requirements. The robot integrates a lifting mechanism, tray/box width adjustment mechanism, and a secondary positioning camera system, enabling highly accurate docking with production equipment.

With a rated payload of 50 kg, the Hikrobot CHS1-50L utilizes an SMT tray conveyor mechanism and supports both 2D Barcode and L-SLAM navigation. The robot features omnidirectional movement and 360° on-the-spot rotation for maximum flexibility in compact manufacturing environments.

Offering docking accuracy of up to ±2.5 mm, together with laser safety sensors, binocular vision, and comprehensive safety features, the CHS1-50L is an ideal solution for material feeding, PCB tray collection, PCB transportation, and automated material flow management in SMT production lines.

Typical Applications

Line-Side Material Pickup

The robot automatically travels to production stations to receive PCB trays or boxes directly from manufacturing equipment, reducing manual handling and improving production continuity.

Line-Side Material Delivery

The robot automatically lifts and docks with designated loading stations, delivering materials, trays, and PCB boxes with high positioning accuracy.
