Built on a standard autonomous mobile robot chassis with an integrated conveyor module, it is designed for automated material transfer, buffering, and production line feeding in industrial manufacturing environments.
The Conveyor & Transmission Series can be configured with various conveyor decks, racks, containers, and transfer mechanisms to meet different production requirements. The robot automatically docks with production equipment, conveyor systems, and transfer stations to receive or deliver materials without manual intervention.
The Hikrobot CMR CU2-100 is specifically designed for PCB frame transportation. It features a 100 kg payload, a dual chain conveyor, and supports 2D Barcode and L-SLAM navigation for reliable material handling.
With bidirectional driving, 360° rotation in place, high docking accuracy, laser safety protection, and comprehensive safety features, the CU2-100 is an ideal solution for PCB manufacturing, electronics production, smart factories, and automated internal logistics systems.
