The Hikrobot HC8-2000 belongs to the
Heavy-Duty Coating Series,
developed specifically for pre-processing operations in lithium battery production lines,
including loading, unloading, calendering, and electrode roll slitting.
The robot is designed around the connection requirements between production equipment,
electrode roll structures, and high-precision docking requirements.
It combines a heavy-duty robotic platform with a multi-axis electric lifting mechanism,
enabling stable, precise, and fully automated electrode roll transportation.
With integrated secondary positioning,
the robot achieves docking accuracy of up to
±1 mm,
meeting the requirements for connection with coating machines,
storage areas, and transfer stations in lithium battery production lines.
