The Hikrobot HMR H10-10000A is part of the Heavy-Duty Mobile Robot (HMR) – Heavy-Duty Lifting Series, developed for lifting, transporting and transferring ultra-heavy materials in manufacturing plants and industrial logistics systems.
The robot can automatically dock with production lines, machinery, tools and large load-bearing structures. This solution helps automate the transportation of medium- and large-sized materials while reducing dependence on forklifts, towing equipment and traditional manual handling.
The Hikrobot H10-10000A has a rated payload of up to 10,000 kg and is equipped with a dual lifting mechanism with a 150 mm lifting stroke. The robot supports QR Code, L-SLAM and V-SLAM navigation methods, enabling flexible deployment across different production environments.
With omnidirectional movement, a 360° laser protection system, a rated speed of 750 mm/s and an operating time of 6–8 hours, the H10-10000A is suitable for transporting molds, fixtures, machine assemblies, product structures and ultra-heavy materials in smart factories.
Heavy-Duty Lifting Robot Series
The Heavy-Duty Lifting Robot Series is designed to automatically dock large materials with production lines, machinery or tools while transporting carriers and materials to support industrial automation and internal logistics.
This product series is suitable for handling medium- and large-sized materials in industries such as lithium battery manufacturing, photovoltaics, automotive production, mechanical engineering and construction machinery.

The robot automatically transports materials, fixtures and load-bearing structures between designated locations, helping reduce the use of forklifts and manual handling.
Battery PACK Assembly and Inspection
The robot can be applied in battery PACK assembly and inspection processes, supporting the transportation of cell assemblies, battery frames and equipment between production stages.
Transportation of Ultra-Heavy Materials and Structures
With a payload capacity of up to 10 tons, the robot can transport molds, machine assemblies, structural frames, equipment and large-sized materials within manufacturing facilities.
