The Hikrobot HMR H10-4000A belongs to the
Heavy-Duty Mobile Robot (HMR) – Heavy-Duty Lifting Series,
specifically developed for heavy-duty lifting, transportation and material transfer
applications in industrial manufacturing and automated logistics environments.
The heavy-duty lifting robot can dock with production lines, machinery and process stations
to automatically receive, lift and transport carriers or medium- to large-sized materials.
It is suitable for industries such as lithium battery manufacturing, photovoltaics,
automotive, mechanical manufacturing and construction machinery.
The Hikrobot H10-4000A has a rated load capacity of up to
4000 kg, featuring a single hydraulic lifting mechanism with a
150 mm lifting stroke and a lifting platform measuring
1800 × 1100 mm. The robot supports
QR Code, L-SLAM and V-SLAM navigation.
With omnidirectional movement, a rated travel speed of 1200 mm/s,
a 360° laser protection system and a load capacity of up to 4 tons,
the H10-4000A is well suited for point-to-point transportation,
large equipment transfer and heavy-duty intralogistics automation in smart factories.

The robot automatically transports materials, equipment assemblies,
fixtures and heavy-duty structures between designated locations within the factory,
reducing reliance on forklifts and manual transportation methods.
Transportation for PACK Battery Assembly and Inspection
The robot can transport battery assemblies, PACK units, fixtures and materials
between assembly, inspection and finishing processes in battery production lines.
Transportation of Large Materials and Components
With a rated load capacity of up to 4000 kg and an integrated hydraulic lifting mechanism,
the robot is suitable for transporting molds, fixtures, component assemblies
and large-sized structures in the automotive, photovoltaic, lithium battery
and heavy industrial sectors.
