The Hikrobot HMR H9-3000B belongs to the Heavy-Duty Mobile Robot (HMR) – Heavy-Duty Lifting Series, designed for heavy-duty lifting, transportation and material transfer applications in manufacturing facilities and automated logistics systems.

The heavy-duty lifting robot can dock with production lines, machinery and equipment to automatically receive and transport carriers, component assemblies and medium- to large-sized materials. It is suitable for industries such as lithium battery manufacturing, photovoltaics, automotive, mechanical manufacturing and construction machinery.

The Hikrobot H9-3000B has a rated load capacity of up to 3000 kg, featuring a single hydraulic lifting mechanism with a 100 mm lifting stroke and a lifting platform measuring 1700 × 1100 mm. The robot supports QR Code, L-SLAM and V-SLAM navigation.

With omnidirectional movement, a rated travel speed of 1200 mm/s and a 360° laser protection system, the H9-3000B is well suited for point-to-point transportation, heavy-load material transfer and automated intralogistics in smart factories.

Point-to-Point Transportation

The robot automatically transports materials, component assemblies, fixtures and heavy-load structures between designated locations within the factory, reducing reliance on manual transportation equipment.

Transportation for PACK Battery Assembly and Inspection

The robot can transport battery assemblies, PACK units, fixtures and materials between assembly, inspection and finishing processes in lithium battery production lines.

Transportation of Large Materials and Components

With a rated load capacity of up to 3000 kg and an integrated hydraulic lifting mechanism, the robot is suitable for transporting fixtures, component assemblies, long materials and large-sized structures in the automotive, photovoltaic and heavy industrial sectors.
