The Hikrobot HMR HL7-1000B is part of the Heavy-Duty Mobile Robot – Heavy-Duty Lifting Series, specifically designed for transporting battery PACKs, fixtures, carriers and heavy materials in the lithium battery manufacturing industry.
This heavy-duty lifting robot series enables automatic connection between materials and production lines, machinery or industrial equipment while performing lifting and transportation between different processes to support manufacturing automation and internal logistics.
The Hikrobot HL7-1000B has a rated payload of 1000 kg and is equipped with a single hydraulic lifting mechanism with a lifting stroke of 250 mm. Its lifting platform measures 1500 × 590 mm, making it suitable for large fixtures and battery PACKs.
The robot uses L-SLAM navigation, supports omnidirectional movement and reaches a rated speed of 1200 mm/s. Equipped with a 360° laser protection system and an operating time of 6–8 hours, the HL7-1000B is suitable for automated lithium battery PACK assembly, inspection and material transfer lines.
Heavy-Duty Lifting Robot Series
The Heavy-Duty Lifting Robot Series is designed to automatically connect large materials with production lines, machinery or tools while transporting carriers and materials to support industrial automation and internal logistics.
The robots are suitable for handling medium- and large-sized materials in industries such as lithium battery manufacturing, photovoltaics, automotive production, mechanical engineering and construction machinery.

Point-to-Point Transportation
The robot automatically transports materials, fixtures and load-bearing structures between designated locations, helping reduce the use of forklifts and manual handling.
Battery PACK Assembly and Inspection
The robot can be used in battery PACK assembly and inspection processes, supporting the transportation of cell assemblies, battery packs, fixtures and equipment between different production stages.
Transportation of Large Materials and Structures
The hydraulic lifting mechanism enables the robot to pick up and transport frames, racks, carriers and large product assemblies within manufacturing facilities.
