The Hikrobot HMR HL8-2500B Robot belongs to the Heavy-Duty Mobile Robot – Heavy-Duty Lifting Series, designed specifically for lifting and transporting battery PACKs, fixtures, carriers, and heavy material assemblies in the lithium battery manufacturing industry.
The heavy-duty lifting robot series is capable of automatically docking materials with production lines, machinery, or industrial equipment while performing material receiving, lifting, and transfer between different production processes. This solution helps reduce dependence on forklifts and traditional manual material handling.
The Hikrobot HL8-2500B has a rated payload of
2500 kg and is equipped with a
single hydraulic lifting mechanism with a lifting stroke of
250 mm. The lifting platform measures
1600 × 590 mm, making it suitable for battery PACKs,
fixtures, and large industrial carriers.
The robot uses L-SLAM navigation,
supports omnidirectional movement, reaches a rated no-load speed of
1200 mm/s, and is equipped with a 360° laser protection system.
With an operating time of 6–8 hours, the HL8-2500B is suitable for automated
lithium battery PACK assembly, inspection, and transfer lines.
Heavy-Duty Lifting Robot Series
The heavy-duty lifting robot series is designed to automatically connect
large-sized materials with production lines, machinery,
or equipment while performing lifting and transportation of carriers
to meet industrial automation and intralogistics requirements.
The product series is suitable for transporting medium and large materials
in industries such as lithium batteries, photovoltaics, automotive manufacturing,
machinery manufacturing, and construction machinery.

supporting the transportation of cell modules, battery PACKs, fixtures, and equipment
between different production stages.
Transportation of Large and Heavy Materials
The hydraulic lifting mechanism enables the robot to receive and transport
frames, supports, carriers, and heavy product assemblies
