The Hikrobot HMR HL9-3000B Robot belongs to the Heavy-Duty Mobile Robot – Heavy-Duty Lifting Series, developed specifically for material and equipment handling in the photovoltaic industry, particularly in areas with explosion-proof requirements and strict safety control.
The robot can automatically receive, lift, and transport carriers, fixtures, silicon wafers, silicon materials, and heavy equipment assemblies between production processes. This solution helps reduce dependence on forklifts, towing equipment, and traditional manual material handling.
The Hikrobot HL9-3000B has a rated payload of
3000 kg and is equipped with a dual lifting mechanism
with a lifting stroke of 100 mm. The lifting platform measures
1500 × 1060 mm, making it suitable for various types of fixtures,
carriers, and large materials.
The robot uses L-SLAM navigation,
supports omnidirectional movement, reaches a rated no-load speed of
1200 mm/s, and is equipped with a 360° laser protection system.
With an operating time of 6–8 hours, the HL9-3000B is suitable for photovoltaic
production lines, silicon material transportation, and automated intralogistics.
