The Hikrobot HMR HL9-3000B belongs to the Heavy-Duty Mobile Robot (HMR) – Heavy-Duty Lifting Series, designed to automatically connect, lift and transfer large materials between production lines, industrial equipment and internal logistics stations.
The robot is designed for transporting carriers, racks, product structures and medium-to-large materials, supporting industrial automation and internal logistics operations in modern manufacturing facilities.
The Hikrobot HL9-3000B is equipped with a dual lifting mechanism and offers a rated payload of up to 3000 kg. It supports multiple navigation methods, including QR Code, L-SLAM and V-SLAM, enabling flexible deployment across different manufacturing environments and production lines.
With omnidirectional movement, 360° laser protection, a rated speed of 1200 mm/s and an operating time of 6–8 hours, the HL9-3000B is suitable for point-to-point transportation, heavy-duty material handling, production line connection and automated internal logistics in smart factories.
Heavy-Duty Lifting Robot Series
The Heavy-Duty Lifting Robot Series is designed to connect large materials with production lines, machinery and industrial equipment while performing automated transportation of carriers and materials to support industrial automation and internal logistics.
The series is suitable for transporting medium and large materials in industries such as lithium battery manufacturing, photovoltaics, automotive production, machinery manufacturing and construction machinery.
