The robot is designed to accommodate different production line heights, storage box dimensions, and docking accuracy requirements. It integrates a box lifting mechanism, box width adjustment mechanism, and a secondary positioning camera system, ensuring precise docking with production equipment.

With a rated payload of 30 kg, the Hikrobot CHU1-30L utilizes a dedicated SMT tray conveyor mechanism and supports both 2D Barcode and L-SLAM navigation. The robot features omnidirectional movement and 360° on-the-spot rotation, making it ideal for space-constrained production environments.

Featuring docking accuracy of up to ±2.5 mm, together with laser sensors, binocular cameras, ultrasonic sensors, and a flexible lifting mechanism, the CHU1-30L is an ideal solution for material feeding, PCB tray collection, and automated material transportation throughout SMT production lines.
