The Hikrobot CMR CHU2-200L belongs to the SMT Series, specifically developed for transporting PCB boxes and trays in 3C electronics manufacturing and automated SMT production lines.
The SMT Series is designed to accommodate different production line heights, carrier dimensions, and docking accuracy requirements. The robot integrates a lifting mechanism, tray/box width adjustment mechanism, and a secondary positioning camera to achieve highly accurate docking with production equipment.
With a rated payload of up to 200 kg, the Hikrobot CHU2-200L features an SMT tray conveyor system and supports both 2D Barcode and L-SLAM navigation. Its omnidirectional drive and 360° on-the-spot rotation enable flexible operation in narrow production environments.
Featuring docking accuracy of up to ±2.5 mm, together with laser safety sensors and binocular cameras, the CHU2-200L is ideal for receiving, delivering, and transporting heavy PCB trays between workstations in SMT production lines and smart electronics factories.

The robot automatically travels to production lines to receive PCB trays, boxes, or production materials directly from manufacturing equipment, reducing manual handling and improving production continuity.
