The Hikrobot HMR HR8-2000A belongs to the
Photovoltaics Crystal Silicon Ingot Series,
developed specifically for transporting monocrystalline silicon ingots
during crystal pulling, processing, and material transfer operations
in the photovoltaic industry.
The robot is designed based on the characteristics of long silicon ingots,
the requirements for precise connection with cutting machines in processing workshops,
and the specific operating conditions of photovoltaic material production lines.
The Hikrobot HR8-2000A has a rated payload of
2000 kg and uses a hydraulic lifting mechanism with a
150 mm lifting stroke. The lift table measures
1800 × 600 mm, making it suitable for connecting with dedicated
supporting racks used for long monocrystalline silicon ingots.
The robot supports 2D barcode, L-SLAM, and V-SLAM navigation,
while its omnidirectional chassis enables forward, backward,
lateral, diagonal movement, and in-place rotation.
With docking accuracy of ±5 mm, the robot meets the requirements
for automated connection with machinery and material transfer stations.
This robot series is equipped with long-range obstacle detection,
360° laser protection, an anti-collision strip, and multiple safety functions.
Core components feature a silicon powder-resistant design,
helping the robot operate reliably in photovoltaic manufacturing environments.
Robot Series for Monocrystalline Silicon Ingot Transport in Photovoltaic Manufacturing
The Photovoltaics Crystal Silicon Ingot Series focuses on
transportation requirements in crystal pulling and
monocrystalline silicon ingot processing.
The robots are designed to handle long ingots, heavy loads,
and precise docking with cutting machines, supporting racks,
and production equipment.
The system uses a flexible multi-stage lifting mechanism combined
with a secondary positioning camera system to achieve docking accuracy
within ±5 mm. The omnidirectional chassis enables flexible operation
in areas with high equipment density or limited maneuvering space.
The product series can support the transportation of silicon ingot racks
up to 7.5 m long with a total weight of up to
2000 kg. Core components feature a
silicon powder-resistant design, making the robot suitable
for photovoltaic manufacturing environments.
Typical Applications
Transport in Crystal Pulling Areas
The robot transports materials, supporting racks, and silicon ingots
between crystal pulling equipment, staging areas, and subsequent
processes within the production line.
Transport of Long Monocrystalline Silicon Ingots
The robot works with dedicated supporting racks to transport
long monocrystalline silicon ingots, reducing the need for
lifting equipment and manual material handling.
Docking with Cutting and Processing Equipment
The secondary positioning system enables the robot to accurately align
with cutting machines, processing equipment, and material receiving stations,
with docking accuracy of up to ±5 mm.
Transfer Between Production Processes
The robot automatically transports ingot racks between
crystal pulling, processing, buffer storage, and inspection areas,
helping optimize material flow within photovoltaic factories.
